Understand that this is a purely remote job. Working remotely comes with its challenges like you may choose to concentrate on other things and that is why we have strict targets for this junior product team leader position.
This is a managerial role and you need to make sure at least 15 sales and marketing personnel are hitting their monthly targets.
Internet allowance and airtime worth credit will be given based on your results/performance.
: You will be required to get more than 256 sales and marketing specialists whose roles will be to sell products. We dont pay for recruitment’s, we pay for getting the job done in terms of selling the products.
: You will be responsible for monitoring and exerting pressure on the sales and marketing specialists with the purpose of making sure we get tangible results.
: You will follow up to make sure that the sales and marketing team working under you have been paid as required in the contract, either commission or salary.
: You will be required to report directly to the HR, or the one in charge of marketing if need be.
: You will need to recruit sales and marketing team which means you have to take them through a short interview and ensure that you have fully trained them so that they can deliver on their mandate.
