Qualifications, skills and knowledge
More than 8 years working experience in NDT testing
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Multi-discipline NDT ASNT Inspector Level 2
Welding Inspection (CSWIEP) qualification.
Knowledgeable and up to date with various NDT techniques- Radiography, Ultrasonic, Dye Penetrant and magnetic particle testing.
Good knowledge in Oil and Gas operations
Exposure to quality, safety, and environmental management systems.
Able to operate different NDT equipment.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of technicians in carrying out NDT testing for various clients
Operate various NDT equipment.
Films interpretation
Coordinate Non-destructive testing, Inspections, calibrations, and any other services in the department.
Generate client reports and certifications
Ensure NDT equipment are in good working conditions
Ensure ionization and radiation safety
