Job Description
Coordinate Operational and Strategic matters with Service and Parts Managers.
After sales operations and facilities Management to ensure smooth running of After sales (Service and Parts departments)
Identify Develop and follow-up Business opportunities.
Identification of training needs for technicians and floor supervisors.
Effectively interacting with customers for effective problem solving and resolving issues.
Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score for the After sales department
Ensure that Aftersales department is run of performance-based criteria.
Coordinate with marketing department to develop promotion campaigns to increase after sales business.
Business development through, personal aggressive sales & marketing efforts.
